Vanessa helped me with three transactions. We had to sell a rental, buy a new house and sell our current house. She was with us every step of the way! Answering our questions, giving us information before we could even think of it and if she didn’t know, she made sure to find the people who can answer! Janet gets my rave review because she paid attention to my (rather unusual) criteria for buying a condo. My No. 1 requirement was to be within walking distance of a large dog park (cuz it's all about the dog). This was difficult for me to search for on my own using Google Maps, for instance, especially because I live in another state. Janet and Vanessa spent a GREAT deal of time doing leg work for me to find the right place. Other things which set her apart are her responsiveness and knowledge of the area. You will not find a more reliable real estate professional
